City Club Dhaka carries post-independence roots from MSPCC, founded in 1972. The current identity took shape in 1985 through the merger with Shahjahanpur SC, creating a Mirpur-based platform for competition, academy training, education, and community life.
Mirpur Sports & Physical Culture Center begins as a post-independence sports institution.
The merger with Shahjahanpur SC forms the current MSPCC City Club entity.
A lower-division senior setup paired with a modern academy focus across football, cricket, karate, and education.
Football, cricket, and karate training are tied together by discipline, small batches, certified coaching, and measurable progress.
UEFA-inspired training adapted for local conditions, with technical work, tactical awareness, speed, agility, and competitive match exposure.
Batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, video analysis, leadership, and game strategy for local and national tournament pathways.
Traditional belt progression with kata, kumite, self-defense, discipline, confidence, and competition readiness.
City Club’s pathway combines sports training, education, mentorship, and community access so talented youth can keep moving forward.
Training is designed to develop stronger athletes and better citizens through careful coaching, feedback, discipline, and teamwork.
